Flying ship new structure in overworld

As Illusioners are not involved in game normally, a new structure which can be found in air near ocean monuments anywhere within the region of 500 block radius and 69 blocks above the ocean level a new airship type structure made of copper, and other stone types can be found which is taken over by illusioners shapeshifted as warden. The structure will have loot which includes a rare staff(0-1) and crystal ball(1-2). The staff can be crafted manually with the use of a new item found in those structure called crystal ball.

Staff recipes:-

0. No effect staff- crystal ball + sticks + amethyst shards + end rods

1. Flame Staff- fire charge + blaze rods + staff = throws flames with in radius 25 blocks.

2. Wind Staff- wind charge + ghast tear + staff = throws wind charges with in radius 32 blocks

3. Ice Staff- water bottle + ice block + staff = freezes the mobs with in the radius 25 blocks

4. Dark Staff- wither head + echo shards + staff = throws dark charges that gives the opponents with in radius of 25 blocks blindness for 1 min and withering for 15 seconds
