(Java Parity) Opening inventories in Spectator

You should be able to open your inventory and chest inventories in Spectator Mode on Bedrock.

Your inventory and chest inventories in spectator is read-only and cannot be modified.
Chests that have not yet generated their loot table cannot be opened.

Trapped chests will not give a Redstone pulse when opened in spectator.
Chests will not have an opening animation when opened in spectator.
Observers and sculk sensors can’t detect chest opening.
You cannot open horse or llama inventories, however.
You may be able to open an ender chest.

Mojang excluded it from Spectator Bedrock just to release Spectator mode earlier, and it was also easier for Mojang.
