Bring Wandering trader changes to 1.20.5, And Leave the Rest for 1.21

Very simple. I think they should bring the wandering trader to The armadillo update, and any other villager changes (if any) will come to 1.20.6 or beyond. This makes it so we don't lose out on the wandering trader buff, just in case this is scrapped.
