Ethiopian wolf for the savannah biome

The latest snapshot give us new wolf variant. So adding one more wouldn't hurt. This variant should spawn in savanna biome where the altitude is high. This variant should also be the rarest one as Ethiopian wolf is the rarest canine species alive today.
