Username Change Command

Have A Command that allows you to change the username of a player, just in the world that the command is run in. This would be helpful in cases like mystery worlds, where all the players know each other IRL, but can't recognise who the players are, due to username changes. The command could be something like:

/setUsername _Wenzo changeTo 001
