This block is what it says: A conductor. When it receives a redstone signal, it will store it, and when any other side has contact with a redstone component (like a piston or a redstone lamp) it will discharge and power it with the input signal it received. This block will discharge on all 5 sides that do not have any input going into it. If another component is already touching it, it wil automatically discharge. This block can also receive input from powered blocks (like putting a lever on an oak plank, the oak plank is powered) and that powered oak plank can power the conductor. This essentially makes it serve as a 1 block signal extender. The conductor will NOT be powerable by other conductors NOR will it be able to power other conductors. This keeps it balanced. Also, you could give this block a 1 tick delay, due to that functionality being removed from the copper bulb, this block seems like a good block to add it back to. I also feel this block fits great with the 1.21 update theme.
I understand why this suggestion may be revoked, as it is essentially a mix of an observer, comparator, and a locked repeater, but I feel this will be useful in compacting various redstone contraptions and change the world of storage devices.
