What is parity? This category is designed just for features that exist but work one way on one platform, and another way on a different platform. Bugs are not parity! Bring back transparent hotbar

Transparent hotbar was removed in 1.20.50 as "bug fix" but it is not a bug, it was an intended feature added in 0.8.0 together with a bunch of other cool Bedrock Edition exclusive features, and was improved around 0.12.0, and is kinda iconic for bedrock edition and looks way nicer and cleaner and correct, and should come back to the game.

Note: HUD Opacity feature in video settings is a different thing, it changes opacity of whole HUD, not just hotbar slots.
