This would be a new redstone block crafted with a breeze rod in the middle, 3 copper grates across the top 3 spaces and 5 polished tuff around the bottom 5 spaces. . It would push entities back, away from the direction it is facing when it's powered. The force of it can be strengthened or weakened by right-clicking.
