A setting that would gradually change textures of most leaves to be more see-through as “Seasons” (90 MC days = 1 season)
•In summer, all leaves are normal
•Between summer & fall, leaves become thinner only in Oak, Dark Oak, & birch forests. Only Birch leaves become a bright green with bits of orange.
•In Fall, Oak leaves become red/orange-yellow & dark oak leaves become brown/dark orange. Birch leaves turn bright orange/yellow & start to have falling leaf particles.
•Between fall & winter, Dark oak/oak & birch leaves thin more & the texture from the sides of leaves gradually dissappear. Dark oak leaves turn dark yellow/brown, birch turns yellow, and both dark/normal oak have falling leaf particles.
•By winter, snow has a chance to appear in Birch & Oak forest biomes, but guaranteed snow in dark oak forest & their leaves turn white.
•Between winter & spring, snow stops in Birch & Oak forests, but only birch leaves change back to yellow. Dark oak still has chance of snow.
•By spring, all leaves regain side texture & few leaves grow back. Birch leaves turn bright green, oak returns to green, dark oak still brown, but no more snow!
•Between spring & summer, all leaves return to full opacity & original color!
*The snow mechanic could be implemented later, but I think only these 3 biomes should have the season effect/ texture first. Texture doesn’t have to be constantly/gradually shifting, just at the key points.
