Add pivot point tag in display entities

display entites are absolutely amazing for making custom content, but they can be incredibly annoying to work with sometimes due to not being able to change the point they rotate from, especially when the point can change dependent on transformation tags.

if a simple tag could be added to define a pivot point relative to the location of the display entity that would make them a thousand times better
