New Components for Items

New components ideas :

can_burn (allows the item to burn, and if we don't put "can_burn", the item can't burn like netherite items)

color (change the color of any item, like leather armors... but for any item !)

glow (add the glow of enchantments, but without enchantments, like Nether Star)

glow_color (change the color of the glow)

attributes (change attributes of the item (mining speed like with Efficiency enchantment,  times since break the item like with the Unbreaking enchantment, attack_damage like with Sharpness enchantment... and rename "AttributeModifiers" by "mob_attributes", because the "attributes" that I suggest, it's the attributes of the item it self, and "mob_attributes" for change the attributes of the mob, like this, we can change attributes of the item AND the enchantments ! Attributes of items can more upgrade the attributes of the item in place of enchantments that limited of 255...)

  Finally, they added alternatives for can_burn (damage resistent), glow (enchantment_glint_override) and glow_color (set color filter with texture packs) of my ideas (and I little bit for efficiency attribute (with mining_efficiency attribute) !
