Frozen Biome Boss 

Hello! I'm Ian. I was thinking if you could
add a mob to the frozen biome that was added in 1.7. My mob is... a boss that has powerful attacks
but let it be a low mob so that it is easy. Tell me if it is easy to program but if it is difficult that is fine. Thank you
