A closer look on the Timekeeper's outfit

About a month ago I talked about the clockolager which is now called the timekeeper but now I'll talk about his fashion choices (which honestly, I'm jealous of). He looks like an evoker but he has a teal robe, a top hat, and a monocle(okay, he's almost nothing like an evoker). His robe is teal (like a mix of light blue and cyan) with gold embroidery, he has a top hat that is also teal-colored but has two golden gears on the left side (from the Timekeeper's perspective) of his hat, they'd be flat and unanimated to keep it simple, finally he has a golden monocle on his left eye (once again his perspective). I really hope this fashionable foe at least gets into a mob vote but I'm happy as long as he has a chance to get into the main game. Thanks for listening!!
