the night fright (this mob needs a better name)

The night fright is a mob that is like a phantom(but completly diffrent),it has the sam color pallet of a phantom but it is tall like 4 blocks it stands upright it has wings and claws and bright green eyes , it spawns on rare RARE occasions on a new moon, when you have insomnia(when it spawns the phantoms dont), and after (more or less) 20 nights of these conditions, it spawns after that every night no matter if you sleep, it spawns, it has stages 1 is you will see that phantoms are not spawning (if you dont have insomnia then they will) now after this you cant sleep, stage 2 is you hear somthing behind you, like a creeper hiss or a zombie groan or just your average night time monster but it sounds cracky and airy, when you turn around, nothing is there, stage 3 is you see a thing (the night fright) flying around in the distance but you cant make out what it is, on stage 4 you hear it shriek every night , on stage 5 it spawns behind you and stays there if you move it follows silently once you are still for 10 seconds or you see it it attacks you swiping bitting flying around you swooping that is my mob the night fright
