2024 Revaluation of Rejected Torchlights

In 2024, mobile devices and computers have significantly increased in performance as of before. The impact can be minimal on most devices and having dynamic lights is a nice thing or a quality of life improvements for Minecraft Bedrock Players and Java Edition Players. If their devices lags, Mojang can always add a way to turn the feature off in the Graphics settings.
