Mod Vote (No I don't mean Mob vote)

Maybe we could have a vote along side the mob vote/biome vote, that is called the Mod vote. Creators of small - medium small sized mods can upload their mod to a website, Then developers at mojang allocate the top 4 mods, Then at minecraft live the mod vote gets announced and then people vote for their mod of choice. Then the top mod makes it into the game.
