i think the fact that bedrock edition gets addons is pretty cool and if not excusable if you add these couple features to the java platform and balance the platforms out completely. firstly, add the bedrock health level to the wither, as it is a boss mob, and the only people who like the java wither the way it is are the spoiled people who farm it for beacons. secondly, add the potion and dye cauldrons feature from bedrock to java, as it just adds more epic and useful mechanics to the cauldron so that i might actually use it for once. thirdly, and this huge, is adding the armor stand posing ability back to java as it increases the flexibility of building with armor stand a ton. that way, in survival i can finally make some sick statues with 0 commands and mods, that would be truly epic. next, add the bedrock forward bridging mechanic to java, as i am a builder and get really unorganized with scaffolding, so just having that little bit more flexibility for being able to get places without elytra is always appreciated (crabs). finally, and this one is controversial, is add the marketplace to java edition. i personally am not a 100% fan with what Microsoft has been doing with their marketing system, but seriously some of the things on the market place are awesome. the end reimagined mod slaps hard and having it available to java players who can't access bedrock edition seems like a good call and generally more convenient to people who play java exclusively anyway.
