Experimental Gameplay should not disable achievements

In the past, Experimental Gameplay did not disable achievements. Now it does just because of the new UIs.

    The experimental content in the new updates should not be considered a cheat. Most of the cheats content requires cheats to access.

    Especially the Create New World UI and the experimental new Edit World UI disables achievements, but not their older versions.
