It would be very handy to see what day your world is on. Right now, you can do it through the F3 debug menu on Java, and you must have cheats on for Bedrock and use the /day query command for Bedrock, which for some reason requires cheats, last I checked. But I think it should be at least a little easier to see what day your world is on. Here are some potential fixes:
-Add a calendar item (paper + clock to craft) that will simply count the day your world is on and show the day number, that can also be hung up on a wall via the item frame. Preferably by also ignoring the resetting that seems to occur when using the commands to set to day or night. Maybe you could also apply honeycomb to lock the date on it too, just an additional idea for it.
-Adding some sort of overlay that shows the day when looking at the clock
-Showing the day number the same way coordinates are shown in Bedrock. (Which I'd also love to see on Java as well, but at least help Bedrock with this as they don't even have the F3 menu.)
I think this is a somewhat important problem that has a relatively easy fix that could be added in any update, with it being so minor. The large group of people that are doing speedruns or 100 day challenges could seriously benefit from this.
