Variable Hiding Time for Armadillos

Currently, all armadillos hide for the same amount of time (I believe 4 seconds). This means after you run past them, they all pop out of their shell at the same time. This can look weird as they are all in sync and it doesn't look natural. They should hide from any time between 3 to 5 seconds so it looks more natural. This could also stem to different characteristics like Pandas. Maybe some are more shy and hide longer and more often, while some are less shy.
