Vultures

Spawning in the mesa, Vultures will hunt down animals that have low health and if a player feeds them rotten flesh, they can be tamed. they drop vulture feathers upon heath which can be used to repair elytra. when tamed vultures can send items with a limit of 5 to another player in the world allowing players to communicate even when far apart. Vultures would have the fluff around their necks dyeable allowing for customization.

This would encourage players to explore the savanna and also allow players to live far apart from each other on a server and still communicate and trade.
