Mooshroom Variants

I believe it'd be a really cool concept if mooshrooms could change to have other mushroom colors depending on their environment. I know they are mobs specific to the mushroom islands. But I also think it would be cool that if a mooshroom is left in a nether forest biome over time they will transform into crimson/warped mooshroom (depending on which forest they are in). Growing those mushrooms on their back instead of regular ones.

Not only does this allow for more unique designs of mooshrooms and variants for people to own as pets, they can also be a fun new food source. A way for people to get food while in the nether. Whether this be through a special new soup specifically made by them or the same as other mushrooms, I don't mind. But it allows some new additions to the nether that connect it to the overworld more as well.
