Snow Strider

A silly mob that sneaks up on players & explode, but do no damage/destruction, just like being blasted by a strong wind charge. They run away from player when you stare at them, leaving a trail of powdered snow. They look like tall/skinny striders with a texture similar to breezes but snow-white. Spawn only in cold biomes or in storms at cold seas (they don’t melt). Can walk on water like a strider.

Their purpose is simply to startle/humor players, themed after a winter wonderland, and be the snow relative of the Breeze. Take no fall damage from their blast. Could drop a "Whirl Charge" which does the opposite of what a wind charge does (pull mobs inward)
