I know this has been proposed before, but I think others are asking for too much.
Improvement Ideas:
- Connectable Minecarts
- 2 Person Minecarts
- Intersection track
- New Rail Tier
- Tracks can curve up hills
Explanations:
Connectable Minecarts -- Add the ability to connect minecarts together. This can be accomplished with chains since they don't really have any real use. You would finally be able to make real trains which I think could be fun.
2 Person Minecarts -- This one is pretty self-explanatory. A minecart that can sit 2 people would be pretty fun and useful. Boats can already do this so I think adding a minecart that can do the same reasonable. It would make transporting mobs and people a lot easier. This could possibly be crafted with two minecarts on either side of an iron block or ingot.
Intersection Track -- Once again pretty self-explanatory. It's really annoying when I want two of my tracks to cross and I have to build an unwanted bridge which doesn't look the best. It would be a track perpendicular to another one on the same block. This could be crafted somehow.
New Rail Tier -- The certain youtuber always says to make them faster which I don't think is the best solution to fix them. This is why I propose a new rail tier which would move the minecarts faster than normal powered rails. You could take normal powered rails and maybe add an ore to them.
I think these are reasonable to implement and it could make minecarts used more later in the game. (After elytras and stuff)
