New wind charge crafting uses

Maybe some uses of wind charges like using them to boost you even further with elytra than fireworks, and maybe some neat tools like a wind rod that summons sandstorms or a wind gun that shoots mini tornadoes? If anything I'd love to provide concepts for these new tools through 3D modeling and texturing, and it would mean a lot see these ideas come to life!
