With 1.21 functioning as an exploration & industrial update, along with the Trial Chambers using new copper & tuff blocks, it feels appropriate for these shelved machines to be dusted off (or in the copper golem's case deoxidized).
For both golems I like it as being a reward from the newly-added Vault Block to avoid looting issues in multiplayer. They can also be built: a Copper Golem is built with a Copper Block, a Carved Pumpkin, & a Lightning Rod; they'd need to be struck by lightning to spawn, however, incentivizing players to risk entering a Trial Chamber to get one quicker. A Tuff Golem is built with a Polished Tuff Block & Carved Pumpkin & spawns immediately, but won't move or have a function until right-clicked with any carpet.
Without the carpet the Tuff Golem would be a decorative statue that can be mined; with a carpet equipped they'll wander around, stopping to briefly observe chests, barrels, & item frames to inform the player of its draw to items. Shift right-clicking would lock/unlock it in place, allowing a player to display an item in its hands.
The Copper Golem is a worker able to use the right-click function. Shift right-clicking also locks/unlocks it in place, otherwise it wanders around randomly pressing buttons. It can fully oxidize & become stuck in place, but can be reverted with an axe. If equipped with an item/tool while locked, it uses that items right-click function, such as: placing trees/crops, bonemealing, placing blocks/liquids, etc.
WDYT? Thanks!
