Silk touch spawners and vault block

I would love and I think a lot of people would love to be able to silk touch spawners and the new vault block.

    If you silk touch the vault block, it can be used as a specific player detector, because of its ability to change state when a player who has not used the block approaches it. The moveable trial spawners would help players to create their own dungeons.

    I would really love this in the game, and if it was too op at least make them movable with a piston
