updated 'settings and pause menu' in bedrock preview

Do you think there should be new ui for everything in bedrock? Everything is getting renovated into a new ui the only few things that I have not discussed is the inventory coming in a later post though the old ui right now does not have parity with the rest put your feedback in the comments.
