Better mineshafts-Tunnels going up or down

Tunnels going up or down: I just think that would be fun to have a trail going down/up for us to go in a minecart, but they would be just one block higher and with cobblestone stairs besides the rails.

This would grant a better experience to the player and will make the mineshafts a better point of interest.
