My Idea from 1.21: The Power Fragments

These power fragments would look similar to blacksmithing templates. Each one would have its own design depending on its usefulness. There would be an exclusive one for each structure and they would appear in the chests. To apply its usefulness, the power fragments would be placed on an anvil and any tool on the other side, these fragments would add a potion effect to a tool. For example: a poison sword, or a slow axe. Hitting other mobs or players would apply the effect to them.
