execute if|unless function with macro strorage

execute if | unless function <function_name> with macro strorage

I'm datapack maker. After the advent of if|unless function, writing has become more dynamic.
But I still see some limitations on this feature. I've been trying to make datapacks by trying to implement this feature with return run, but I'm always running into this restriction because sometimes we need the function to run with macro storage to check something.

I believe this will be a great useful to the datapack community.
