Give the /clone command Structure Block features

The /clone command should be able to save and load structures like the structure block. The structure block currently seems like a lot of unnecessary steps. You always have to find the corners of structures anyway to place the structure blocks, so why not just input those coordinates into a command?

    Or the /structure command could just be added to Java.
