Ender Guards.

The Ender Guard Lives in the End Dimension And Towers Over the Endermen who teleport from Island to Island, They are Hostile to Any Player who Hurts their Citizens being the Endermen Society. They Mostly Keep Watch near the End City and the Floating End Ship that Holds the Elytra. 

Once Angered they will Endlessly Teleport around the Player with a Powerful Knockback that is un enchantable to Us Players, However If you are Wearing A Pumpkin they wont turn against you.

The Ender Guards Also Hold onto Giant Spears that they can Throw towards any threat that they encounter in the End Dimension. Similar in some ways but Very Different from their Smaller Endermen Citizens. A Too Block Gap is just the same Option. They are Giant Protectors of the End.
