New beacon Power for removed zombie curin stackable discounts

Since the stackable zombie curing discounts have been removed, villagers are far less useful than before. For making up, why not adding the hero of the village effect as e.g. a secondary power for a full beacon. Beacons are pretty late game, so they aren't easy to obtaining, and the effect would be an extra reward. Maybe slighty more discounts if beacon is made purely of emerald blocks.
