Spawn Chunk Radius as menu option (Java Edition)

With the change in the size of the spawn chunks radius, it seems reasonable to me that this option is included in the menu.

Playing in Hardcore, for example, imagine always having to open the LAN, activate cheats and run the command.

In terms of UX and UI, the inclusion of this control in the menu is at least reasonable.
