Improve Crafters - Ability to lock outcome

Just like you can disable certain Crafter slots, you should be able to put ingredients in and lock the outcome so unwanted results don't happen and so it simplifies the item order.

Of course, you can choose to keep the outcome unlocked and it would behave exactly as it does now.
