add legacy console UI / texturepack for 15 year universary

I think that the old legacy UI  texturepack is nostalgic for many players and i think that great way to celebrate 15 year universary for minecraft is to add UI / texturepack from old console edition. Olso I would do it so UI and the texturepack are seperated.
