Level of Detail(LoDs)

Level of Detail is in many open world games, and helped many weak devices see much farther than before without sacrificing FPS, I'm suggesting Level of Details to be added is because Minecraft struggles with FPS because of low optimization. So I think it's about time for Minecraft to have LoDs and catch up with other open world games.
