Add Furnace Minecarts Back

Readd the Furnace Minecarts, it wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst, what was the point of even removing it? Furnace Minecarts would make trains and railways significantly easier. This is already in Minecraft Java Edition

In Bedrock, you can move your minecart uphill without the need of powered rails.

They have them in Java still, why not Bedrock?
