create and customize Minecraft layers

Would you like to create layers or customize layers? This idea is good. Players are tired of having the same layer to create a layer to their liking or personalize the layers that are in Minecraft and also people would have a layer contest to see which is the best layer. Minecraft please mojang add this idea to the game don't let the game die with boring updates 😢
