Disable Surround Sound

I struggle with OCD (mainly symmetry) and would really appreciate if there was a way to disable surround sound so that hearing a sound only in one ear doesn’t drive me nuts anymore. Thank you in advance, I really hope this option gets implemented so I can enjoy my gameplay more without having to worry about spinning around and getting sounds to play equally.
