add the camera command to minecraft java

In Minecraft Java there are no ways to easily make a cinematic, which means that the majority of the mapmeking community cannot make cinematics because they do not know how to do them, with this command added to Minecraft Java it would be a very good tool to make cinematics. and to be able to make cinematics easier
