Soul Scrounger

The Soul Scrounger is a mob that can dance by giving it nether quartz. It may spawn when a Piglin dies. Attacking it will attack the player. It can enhance nearby damage of piglins.

this would be a great idea but eventually there would be to many due to piglin farms. What if they only spawn from piglins who dies in the soul sand valley, or maybe there could be like a 1% chance that one spawns.
