World of Life update

This update will be to make the minecraft worlds feel more lively. This will include things like leaves falling of trees, dust particles in caves, small rocks falling of cliffs, comets in the sky, natural disasters like floods, tornadoes, tsunamis, hurricanes, fog, sandstorms, etc, more animals like ants, flamingos, limkins, cardinals, turkeys, black birds, blue jays, ducks, monkeys, etc, better particles like water splashes, dynamic smoke, smoke for lava and fire, 3d particles, etc, better graphics like 3d engravings in things like bricks, rtx in bedrock edition, higher render distance up to 128 chunks, using a system like nanite to allow for less system stress, dynamic light, etc, more bug fixes and much more. I think a update like this is possible and can be done and should be done. This will let players have a more real world without the stress on their system.
