Changing control cursor sensitivity does nothing on switch

On switch, changing controller cursor sensitivity doesn't seem to change how much the cursors move the player or direction. I was trying to lessen sensitivity to improve aiming a bow and arrow, but nothing changed - I can't hit anything!
