Floating Text Command

Allows the /title text ~ ~ ~ to create floating text that faces the player without the use of npcs or data packs

    There already is such feature in minecraft 1.20, they added a new entity called "minecraft:text_display" that is just a floating text entity and it has an attribute for whether it faces the player or not.

    Sure, it might be in Java Edition, but the only reason I'm voting for this is because I think it should also be in Bedrock. (Bugrock IYKYK)
