Drop idea for breeze

So I was thinking two things for this item I thought of to be used for, the item I think that should drop should be one of the breezes rings around his body, the first idea for this item would be to put it on a pair of boots which would allow the player a nice little boost making them spin in the air (kind of like jump boost but like a power in its own with a small cool down between uses ex. 5 seconds). The second would be to put it on the elytra and do the same the boots would do, make the player spin but of course for the elytra it would give them a little boost while flying.
