Kidnapping Villagers needs to stop.

    I do like this, although I’m not terribly worried about the ethics of kidnapping. The way I see it, I care for my villagers and put myself in the line of fire for them. I build all their defenses and boost their economy, so when I decide they have duties elsewhere, they must follow their Lord and Liege!

    However, I do fundamentally agree that this is a pretty good idea, and very well argued. Execution is perfect as well, from not suggesting they talk to them mounting/riding vehicles. Maybe not limited to Journeyman, however. Maybe journeyman if they have a profession, otherwise, unemployed could be moved as well. It was critical for me to have staff for a factory I built near spawn early game.

    It would make sense as well, as migration in search of work makes sense.
