New Grindstone function

The idea is that when you put an enchanted item in the top slot of the grindstone, then a book in the bottom slot, the output will be a book enchanted with whatever enchantment was on the item. The item in the top slot will not be lost, but to perform this function could cost varying levels depending on what and how many enchantments are being moved to the book. This would make many people happy, as I know I am not alone in finding a mending gold tool in a ruined portal chest and being very annoyed that I cant use it! This would allow enchanting to be more flexible, and give uses to enchanted items you wouldn't normally take from loot chests. The origonal grindstone function could also be kept if a book is not placed in the bottom slot. Thank you for considering my idea.
