Andesite, Granite, and Diorite bricks for 1.21

Since we are getting more variants of copper and tuff blocks, it would be really cool to see brick variants of Diorite, andesite, and granite. These blocks haven't been updated other than a minor texture update since they came out 10 years ago. They would also not need any special functionality since they are just building blocks so this would be pretty easy to implement.

  Also adding polished diorite, granite, and andesite walls would be great for building
